Did UHURU Kenyatta Cross the 50%+ 1 vote mark to
win in the 1st round as required by the Constitution of Kenya?

Go figure: This the information IEBC communicated to the world.

    Total registered voters: 14,337,399
    Total Cast Votes: 12338667
    Valid  cast votes: 12222980, 0.9906240277% (99%)
    Uhuru’s votes: 6173433, 0.5003322482% (50%)
    Raila’s votes: 5340546, 0.4328300618% (43%)
    U+R votes: 11513979, 0.93316231% (93%)
    Others votes: 824688, 0.06683769% (6.68%)
    Rejected votes: 108375, 0.0087833637% (0.0878%)
    Voter turnout: 0.8605931243% (86%)

    REAL FIGURES SHOULD BE:
    Total registered voters: 14,337,399
    Total Cast votes: 12447042
    Valid  votes:  12338667
    Rejected:    108375
    Voter turnout:  0.8681520267 (86.815%)

    Winner in 1st votes need : 622352100
    Uhuru’s votes: 6173433
Winner in 1st  round percentage should be: 50% of total cast votes +1(vote).

    Uhuru’s 1st round percentage is: 0.4959759114 (49.59%).

Thus short of 1st round clear win as required by the Constitution of Kenya.

Makes little difference, if it’s a run off RAO wants then he can clearly challenge the 4000 votes margin in court and then we go back to the field and beat him twice over…unless you mean IEBC gave Uhuru over 800 votes extra…
