The Sweet Spot Veggie Drink Elixir

Makes 1 batch
INGREDIENTS
1 cup butternut squash, cubed
1 cup carrots, diagonally, sliced
1 cup green cabbage, shredded
1 cup onion, diced
8 to 9 cups filtered water
PREPARATION
In a large pot, layer squash, carrots, cabbage, onion, and water. Bring to a boil. Simmer for 30 minutes.
Drain liquid into a glass carafe or pitcher.
Drink cold or hot, ½ to 1 cup daily or several times a day.
